Perhaps have a look at the rates these hotels offer and consider booking, but only IF your plans are FIRM. That Indigo in Shibuya looks interesting, and I walked by it when I was in Tokyo last time (and will be back in four weeks). When I first wrote about this offer, these Flash Sale rates were not coming up, but the issue seems to have been fixed.
